The city of Coronado continues to operate under all four areas of negligence, specifically allowing children to operate motorized vehicles within our city.
The citizens of Coronado have repeatedly told the mayor and council members that there is too much traffic in the city to allow this to continue.
When an innocent bystander is hurt or killed in the city of Coronado by one of your children operating a motorized vehicle without a driver’s license, the city of Coronado is going to be held liable, and this will likely cost the city of Coronado large amounts of capital in court.
But who is to say how much money a human life is worth?
There are two words on the street: “We’re just waiting for someone to get killed” and “the city of Coronado is afraid to deal with this the correct way because they don’t want to deal with the wrath of the parents who bought these expensive E-bikes for the children.”
